Yes! AREI Group is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are 100% tax deductible. You will receive an immediate tax receipt via email and an annual giving statement for tax purposes.
2What percentage of my donation goes directly to housing?
92% of every dollar donated goes directly to housing construction and community development. Only 8% covers administrative costs, fundraising, and program management, ensuring maximum impact for your donation.
3Can I choose which housing project my donation supports?
Absolutely! You can designate your donation to a specific housing project or allow us to allocate it where it's most needed. During the donation process, you'll have the option to select a specific project or contribute to our general housing fund.
4How will I know the impact of my donation?
All donors receive quarterly impact reports showing exactly how their donations are being used. You'll get project updates, photos, and stories from the families being helped. You can also track specific projects through our donor portal.
5What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and ACH bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe with bank-level encryption and PCI compliance.
6What are the benefits of major gift donations?
Major gift donors receive exclusive recognition including naming rights for specific spaces, extended visibility through billboards and signage, dedicated recognition in our publications, and invitations to exclusive events. Naming rights typically range from 1-7 years depending on the gift level.
7How do legacy giving consultations work?
Legacy giving consultations are 60-minute personalized meetings with our development team. We'll discuss your philanthropic goals, available naming opportunities, tax benefits, and create a customized giving plan. Consultations are available virtually or in-person.
